"This is a very small diner with five tables and seats 14 people total but it is simply amazing. The service food and atmosphere was great. This was our first time visiting this place and was not disappointed. We will definitely be back. While we were there someone came in and gave them an award their Silver Maple tree."

"Great food lovely outdoor country atmosphere near the river in Townsend. (If you have a large group just be patient and kind. It's a smaller locally owned place and it's definitely worth it.) The kids burger is huge. It's all delicious. Fish taco was so worth it."

"We stopped along our road trip because of the ratings. No lies here. Great food. Great service. Love small cafes like this. The weather's great and we sat outside."

"Stopped here on our way home coming from Tail of the Dragon and the foothills parkway and passing through. So glad we did! All of the people were so nice and friendly, great atmosphere, definitely a local favorite, lots of people knew each other. Great food options and the food was perfect. You can even get deviled eggs as a side and they were great. Fantastic burgers, get the one with the pulled pork, egg and BBQ sauce on it, wow! Their BBQ sauce is amazing. Inside is small but cozy and comfortable, lots of outside covered seating also. Prices are good. So glad we stopped here, will definitely go again, highly recommend!"

"It's easy to miss this tiny hole-in-the-wall diner, but DON'T! Excellent food at a fair price. Charming little roadside cabin, with distinct Smokey Mountain charm. What it lacks in size it more than makes up for with creative cooking. The Sleeping Bear Burger is a can't miss, and daily special "Holiday Sandwich" was lip-smackin good! Several yummy sides to choose from, and hard-to-resist homemade desserts. I knew "we're not in Kansas anymore" when our waitress offered us Punkin' Cheesecake... Can't get any more Southern than that!"

"This is the sort of restaurant we look for - a local place with personality and great food! We came for breakfast and tried their pancakes and the special, eggs Benedict. Both were excellent. Jennifer has a vibrant and warm personality and it's infectious! Before we left, we were cutting up with the other customers. Multiple opinions were shared about eggs Benedict! Inside is quaint with room for less than 20. Much more seating is available outside. The menu is simple Southern fare done well. You want fancy space and food, head to Knoxville. You want the sort of place the locals love, you come here."

"I love this diner so much! Where else can you get amazing comfort food in a truly down-home atmosphere with the Bob Ross Channel playing on the TV? The food, two of us enjoyed offerings off of the breakfast menu at 7pm, was tasty and plentiful! Home cooking at its finest. They have lots of outdoor seating, but we chose to sit in the air conditioned comfort of their tiny but comfortable indoor dining area. When I first walked in and noticed the wood paneling, took in the smells wafting in from the kitchen and saw Bob Ross painting his happy little trees I felt right at home. Our server was charming and attentive, which was unique in Townsend, TN...almost every eatery we tried didn't have serving staff. I'm envious of the townsfolk who can eat here anytime they want. Pls try it if you haven't!"
